Description
This is a new version of an old (2006) design called AVTOMAT-292 C.Details are being improved now for a scale modeling project.
Armored headlights, steps for an external ladder, antennae, etc... are still in process.
Here are represented in cartoon paint form generated directly in 3D Studio Max 2010.

The gun pods do remind me of "Apple Seed"
Though, considering its silhouette and everything, it's a second line anti-air type of defensive unit. Something that sits around large field targets and waits for cruise missiles and low flying strike craft, maybe...

Yes, you're right, as Apple Seed has been since long one of my inspiring sources.
And... this weapon is maybe for an imaginary battlefield, or for a time-distant war not as saturated as Present warfare (probably without guided missiles!).
