"blank canvas?!?"(i have also submitted a close up of the face from this piece)
the face is staring out of the canvas blankly. or is it? (lol) i love how everyone that has seen this piece (the real thing) has a different oppinion about the expression on the face.
this piece began as an experiment- but magically morphed into a final piece.
as usual it ain't the best quality as i am rather simple in terms of technology and still have to work out how to get the flash off my camera!
when i work this out this pic will most probably be resubmitted!
all the same please enjoy
p.s. this is acryllic paint n i very large paint brush + a bit of hand painting (cause why not?!)

Those are definately not blank eyes. They look lonely, and a bit in anticipation of something. And not staring out, staring upward? At least that is what it seems. Very beautiful strokework, I love it.

i love the tones and colours, and the expression!! i can't figure out what kind of expression it is! it seems like everytime i look at it again, i see something else in those eyes...

This is my favorite of all of the thumbs you posted in your thumbshare thread, I think because of the eyes. The blue contrasts so beautifully and stands out. The positioning, looking up, and especially the yellow in the pupils all create this very powerful expression. Thank you for sharing with us.

yeah she dos stare a bit blankley, but to me, she look liek she hidin in tha dark ina secret mission. the dark colors make the pice look mysterious,a nd also, to me, she look like she hiden (as i already said) away form sumthin. also, maybe its my eyes, but i think i see her mouth wit a small smile...
if ur tryin to get about a dcent human poroprtion, i think dat tha lips were a bit small. anyway, its a nice piece!
