Are you Tuff Enuff?Kotono from Dead Dance/Tuff Enuff. Rented the game once, two things worth mentioning about it are the cool replay feature after the final round (it was 1993) and Kotono; there's next to zero fanart of her.

LOL! I remember that game. It wasn't bad at the time. Kotono not getting really any fan art is just shows how overlooked the game really is (though, looking back, I can't blame them).

A third thing worth mentioning is that it's quite fun to turn the game music off and fire up Fabulous Thunderbirds songs on Youtube while you play.
