...well... I started thinking about this idea... and nothing actually stops it from being a semi-realistic production, a magazine directly from the Toonips island.
Granted, it may not seem so tangible when you can't flip the pages, but if I get the content done, you can still ignore the writing and flip through the article like images from the digital viewer.
