Very pretty The mainly monochromatic colour scheme is nice, though some reds and oranges, even if they're just subtle hints, wouldn't hurt to have in there. Now that I look at this some more, it's looking like there's too much blue. Maybe for her top, you could add in some orange or red patterns, to add some more interest. Another thing, her head looks way too big for her body. You could either make her body bigger, or deflate her head some (heheh). It's interesting how you made her wings, there's tons of sharp points to them, but there's a soft quality that emanates from them. Overall, nice work! ^__^

I hope I wasn't too critical on this I hope you can apply some of what I said to future works of art
