Instead of feeling bad about the artist's talent, let it motivate you to improve and work more on your art!
They worked very hard to get where they are now and you can do the same as well. It's not very nice to say bad things about yourself on somebody's artwork. It's not good for you and it'll just make the artist feel awkward.
Plus, it's not good to compare your artwork to other peoples' because we all draw differently and have different skill levels and experiences. It doesn't make much sense if you think about it. Just keep drawing and you'll get better!
