DESCRIPTION

PERSONALITY:
Confident, dorky, thoughtful, determined, free spirited, rational, a tad emotional, and minorly blunt

HISTORY:
Atticus was born to an old family of jewelers, rich and well-known among certain lines, his parents were ecstatic to raise their child with all the riches they could offer. Things lessened in excitement when Atticus came out to his parents one night, after chopping up his hair messily on some old newspaper, he determinedly told them he was a boy. His parents resisted, especially his mother, but they accepted this as a temporary thing, to get it out of his system. He was then sent to the Nook for schooling, under the guise of being a visiting nephew. Atticus was thrilled to be semi-accepted, and even more so to flaunt his strength and title to those around the Nook. He was then known to be arrogant, and quite the snob.
Soon enough, after leaving the Nook earlier than he should have, his mother was done with his 'act' and demanded he stop. After being locked up in a dark, windowless room for hours on end and being yelled at, Atticus stood up against his mother to defend himself. It did not end well, as she grabbed him and threw him in said room, locking him there till later in the night when his father returned home. He managed to escape after they began to worry about a storm damaging the old mansion, running behind the home and up a tree in the harsh rain. Atticus began to unravel, crying out to the sky and asking why his parents thought he was wrong, why he was so cruel, why he was destined for the stars but couldn't reach them. In his last moments of regret, he wondered why he failed all that he was told to do.
Maybe the gods could have mercy, and listen to his pleas.

After being struck by lightning and forgetting all of his past, Shou came to be. He awoke in a room, bandaged and aching, but no memories or name to be found. The head maid of his home told him the story of Atticus, an arrogant wyngling with a sad, miserable life. At least, that's what Shou thinks of him. After weeks of being fretted over, compared to Atticus, and getting yelled at by two strangers who were supposed to be his parents, Shou decided he was going to be different from Atticus.
Shou was going to be free.
