I wouldn't be surprised if he'd gotten headaches before they even knew he was a nindroid. They didn't even know he wasn't human. And, as an additional comment to this one, I really didn't actually expect Zane to headbutt. It seemed an uncharacteristic fighting style for him, if you ask me.

If I am honest, I would of expected Zane to do what Cole had done.
But I still enjoy this scene very much,
I love the 'evil' versions of the ninja as much as I do the normal.

I know right! I thought that they were idiots in the first place because it looked like that they were close to a mirror, but I then noticed on the right side, those ninjas don't have the same positions and noticed their eyes. I loved that episode!
