Jack's ominious bloody right hand, and then the RED MILES and galactic cancer thing, always sort of reminded me of this one popular Macbeth quote:"Will all great Neptune's ocean wash this blood
Clean from my hand? No; this my hand will rather

Basically, Jack has killed a loooot of people
However, unlike Macbeth he doesn't give a shit

A lot of the time your pictures of this character are very recogniseable as this character - it's not so much that this one isn't, but more this is just dripping with so many of the best elements of your style.
It's got absolutely gorgeous flow and atmosphere. I love the colour pallette and how it blends, and think the level of texture and detail is just right. I could ramble more, but Tl;dr - AWESOME.

That definitely oozes all vibes of sinister, ominous horror, terror... and then some. Though I'm not familiar with this character, you certainly embraced your past specialty in creature work and did very well creating this monstrosity (in a good way, of course)

despite having my own webcomic, I've never read Homestuck, even though it's like THE webcomic. It just seems too huge and intimidating to get into, I guess. And to be honest most of the fanart I see around here really does nothing to tempt me into it.
But YOURS. Holy crap. I can pass on the prettyboy people with horns that I see on the front page all the time but your art, holy shit, I need to find out what this is about some day.

Hi! Long time no see, sorry I've only been on DA in short bursts. I hope your webcomic is doing well, I love the premise.
Hahah yeah I know what you mean. It is SO LONG and the first act is actually pretty hard to get into. You really have to stick with it, although obviously I think it is worth it. I can understand why people are put off by it, though.
The pretty boys with horns thing is funny because the trolls are supposed to be violent assholes and they don't actually show up for half the story. The fandom just latched onto them in a MAJOR way, they aren't even shown as "pretty" very often in the comic itself.
Jack is an awesome villain. I will say that much.
