Since I recently read a comic in hwich Logan kills a kid in the end (or teen?)....this feels like my hear was ripped out yet again.

Yeah, he sort of gave up on that in Children's Crusade. He outright tried to murder Billy once, and twice after that said that he planned on killing Billy along with Wanda.

I saw this a while ago, and long before I read Childrens Crusade, with no explanation attached and I spent an hour freaking out. I was like "IS THIS A CANON IMAGE???? WHERE IS IT FROM??? OH MY GOD WHY IS THIS HAPPENING!!!!!!"

Hmm. First Jean-Paul, now Billy (even a What If? fanpic).... I care for this odd trend in Logan's decision-making not one bit. He's building a rep that doesn't bespeak X-Man.

Es una imagen chocante y cruda, reforzada por la mano asesina en el borde de la imagen. Pensar en que Teddy pudo llegar tarde y esta tragedia pudo ser real, te juro, me deja helada en cada ocasión.
Me gusta mucho la manera en que "quebraste" el cuerpo de Billy, porque, aunado a su estatura menor a la de Teddy hace que parezca una especie de muñeco gigante roto en los brazos del otr, carente de toda oportunidad de ponerse de pie de nuevo. De hecho el que se vea tan pequeño hace que a una se le apriete más el pecho porque vuelve a ser conciente de que estos dos son apenas unos niños. La rabia e impotencia de la mirada de Teddy resultan muy genuinas y como te dije esa mano asesina justo en el rabillo de la imagen hace que una tenga en la cabeza una escena particularmente dura e impactante.
Los colores estan bien empleados, me llamó la atención en que la sangre tuviera ese matiz más escarlata, hace que resalte mucho cuando uno le otorga la primera mirada, remece el corazón antes de que uno sea capaz de procesar lo que está observando.
Es un genial trabajo, conmovedor desde todo aspecto. ¡Felicidades!.

Okay... this may seem strange but... I realized... This is my favorite picture I've ever seen of Billy and Teddy... It's just so powerful... And sad... And Teddy's anger... It's... It's romantic... And something we'd sadly probably never see in the actual comics... And so... Even though Billy's dead... I find this picture so loving and romantic... It's perfect
