Short Bio: Marcus Quite works as a detective in the Shadaro police department. Knowing full well how bad things are the city he dedicates himself to protect as many lives as he can. Normally a cool down and quiet person, Marcus was a lone wolf who felt when a job needs to be done he must do it even alone. But when a vigilante can into play Marcus made it his job to hunt down the Crimzon Mask. A majority of his suspicions was towards his forced on partner Anaki Sakamoto, who comes to Shadaro the same time this Vigilante shows up. In time he grows to respect his partner and even the vigilante, not fully realizing the two are one and the same. Marcus is reminded that this vigilante is merely cleaning up the city while risking their life to do so, reminding him of his late parents who were also detectives before. After some time when the Crimzon Mask disappears, Marcus decides to done his own costume, believing he should not always work alone as Marcus Quite, than neither should the Crimzon Mask. To the city he is Whisper, taking out his foes without a peep.
