My most nostalgic memories of Storm are related to her in this outfit as it is how she looked when I first discovered the X-men as a kid. Although not my fave design, it is ranked a high second after the basic black bodysuit and boots combo she currently has. Still, it's Stormy right? Gotta love the Windrider!Related content

This is when I discovered X-Men, too. As soon as I saw the picture all these wonderful memories came rushing back. I'm so glad you've done some of the 90's! Thank you!

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!! It's about damn time another Storm made it into your gallery! You draw her best. No word of a lie. I really love how you've rendered her here. The crisp white looks great and those heels are killer. Her hands also look fantastic and that crazy hair is something else. Of course, the true crowning glory of this picture is actually the cape. The way you've drawn it flowing is just awe-inspiring. The cape is VERY important to any Storm costume that's for sure (well I do like that purple late-'90s one...). Overall, you did a great job. While I think the costume is definitely a little dated (it's the shoulder pads >.<) it ranks high on my favourite list as well if only for its nostalgia value. After all, I, like you, was introduced to this version of Storm complete with that crazy "I AM STOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHM!" voice acting job.
The ONLY thing I will say that is off is her head. It looks a little small and not as full as you usually draw her. But she does look a little more like the caucasian-featured Storm from the cartoon.
