This is gorgeous! I love Whirl, he is so crazy and fun, and yet I get the feeling that he could use a nice big hug.

Whirl look cool and the background Is too it probably just seem no more destructive since it about Whirl and Whirl pretty much bring a large amount of distraction where ever he goes or so I've read. But still it's really good.

Whiiiirrrrrlll! You made him look so good! Ya know, the background looks pretty nice too, I like the "misty" effect, but if you want me to "nitpick" over it, maybe more darker shadows to the small details, like the patterns on the floor to highlight the brightness in front of Whirl?

I don't have any problem with the background at all, actually. It's doing its job well -- interesting but not moreso than our mech Whirl.
What I would like to see is more pushing of the colors. I think you could go way more intense if you wanted -- just in a few juicy bits of intense hue, thoughtfully placed. But that's just my preference. It's an intense scene, I want intense colorz!
