Apparently there's something highly amusing about towel-drying your hair.This took about 2 and a half hours, and I used a 5B pencil. I tried to be really careful with the shading (actually when you're doing realism, the whole thing is shading) so I'm pretty pleased with the result. Not perfect, but good. I hope it's not pretentious of me to say that.

I like to dry my hair too. I towel dry it; I never use a hair dryer, hence the permanent funny shape.

Wow! That's really good. Especially the shading on the face and mouth, and the beads, and the neck. Really top stuff. Only bit I think could be better is the background, like a little darker and more even. But seriously, that's awesome.
