I kind of gave up trying to explain to my parents that in 90% of cases, they choose the wrong pronoun.

Lulz, I got the same problem with parents and such. Now I'm reminded of awkward times with my art teacher. I was drawing a Visual Kei Japanese boy from a magazine for a project in his class. Each time he came over for help, which was at least 4 times, he'd refer to him as 'she' and every time I would explain to him 'she' was a 'he', in which he would replied by staring blankly at me for a moment then ignoring my comment.

Oh, no need to tell me that! Once, I was looking at a photo of Gackt and my mom entered the room. She was staring at him for more than five minutes before she finally asked wheter that was a girl or not. xD
