I was so angry at Tauriel because she could fight awesomely during the whole movie, and in the end, when it comes to "Fight or Kili dies" she gets knocked off because this stupid Ork slaps her??? The FUCK? .____.

I cry in so many movies- but this was a whole new level.
Normally I train myself out of crying during death scenes by just watching it on the internet until I'm fine- I usually only have to watch once or twice.
Still can't watch the deaths in BotFA
My only issue- this is the one scene I wish they did like in the book- with Fili and Kili dying together to protect Thorin. I just feel that the movies portrayed them as always being together, utterly inseparable- and they should have died like that.
Fili certainly didn't get enough attention at his death- I was pretty disappointed by the reactions from Kili and Thorin- he was forgotten as soon as Tauriel was put on screen. I just feel like they sort of pushed the brotherly relationship aside to replace it with the romance, and while Kili's death had me tearful, I would have been more saddened had he been solely trying to avenge his brother rather than defending Tauriel.
Thorin's death was the best done- THAT was the one that had me bawling- which is a shame because there was so much opportunity in regards to Fili and Kili's deaths.
Beautiful picture- if only the movie had portrayed them in this light.

I agree 100% Fili and Kili's relationship was definitely and interesting one, and it saddens me to see that they didn't do much with it. And the sad thing is, is that If Kili died first, then I have no doubt in my mind that something like this would've actually happened. And that's really sad to me :/
