well, i have a homework that consist in making an image with typography, more or less like this. How can i do that?

Are u planning on doing digital or hand drawn?
Either way, all I basically do is find a picture I or inspires me, I then work out what words are related to the picture, example food (eating, fork, spoon and so on and then I work out where the words fit. I use the pen tool in adobe illustrator to create my letters freehand
