Description moving backwards in time, here's the harlequin the harliqueen emerged from, in some way. i was using japanese calligraphy ink instead of the india ink i'm using now, which is shiny when you photograph it. i made this one to be given away that day, and with no scanner at the time, i had to just take a picture and let her go. so even though the quality of the photo isn't the best, i think you get the idea well enough. i still like the japanese ink better in many ways, but until i set up the scanner for good, it'll have to wait.
