Description The girl is finished, this is the last wip.
I have painted her for 16 hours, I don't intend to work on her anymore, I won't go down to the feet, it is a practical decision (but not a lazy one).
Thanks to all for staying with me in these too many wips, but I needed them for the advice I got in the running, so that my girl would be a good painting.

Now I just have to paint myself a background lol !
I don't know when I will be able to do this, november being a month of no painting I fear due to all the renovations in the house.

So David, you will have to wait some more before you get her fully dedicated with all the fuss around it, but you can already look at her as much as you want, knowing she is yours.

I hope you like her and to all the other friends I say thanks for the advice and the support, saying I couldn't have done it without you may seem a bit corny but it is the truth nonetheless.

thank you, it is no longer jodi of course but I feel good about this painting, I hope the 15 hours or so paid off.
Never went to such a degree of detail, willed myself into painting the major part with brush 1 for really really fine work.
I guess she is sexy, nothing wrong with that!
Did you google the original in order to compare?

thanks darling, it is true I put some special effort in this one and I am glad you reassure me it pays off.
As for talents and gifts I am not sure, it is painfully stubbornly trying to learn and learn. Wait till I post my Halloween horrors, my earliest work, you will see no talent at all but pure the pure clumsiness of the beginner.
As for selling, well in 2010 I would like to sell something, I feel I may be ready then, thanks for all the support linley, you are a dear
