Done just in time for a convention I'm doing this weekend. I'll have this as a print as well as some other pieces and my new comic.There's a lot of things I wish I had done differently, but didn't notice until I was too far into it. I did learn a bunch though, and now next time I do a piece I've got new ideas in mind.
For continuity nuts (I can say that, I am one at times too):
In terms of characters I wanted the somewhat "base" of the Batfamily, but with the current state of DC, even I'M not entirely sure who's going to still be around and in what form. I know Barbara's returned, but she has a different costume than what I drew - that's because in every single piece she's been featured in she has something different going on in her design. I said screw it, I'll draw the one I like. Nightwing's the only real new costume. I avoided Tim Drake's new costume because I frankly do not like it, and at least Red Robin gives him a different type of identity, with a more appealing costume (in comparison).
Oh, and the show is Chicago Comic Con - should probably mention that

Love this! Finally a New52 Bat Family pic that isn't bombarded with every former Batgirl ever.
One teensy suggestion though. It would have been AWESOME to have Huntress sort of hiding and watching them all.

Very nice. I like that you kept the feel of the comic book style drawings. It really looks like it could be the cover for a comic book (which title, I have no idea, as they discontinue Bat Family a while back xD).
If you were going for a DCnU Bat Family, then there a few more continuity issues -- Black Bat hasn't returned to DCnU yet, but we're all really hopeful that Batman, Inc. will bring her back in the second wave; and I think it would be fair to include Huntress from the DCnU, since she's back to being Helena WAYNE, and she's paired with Power Girl in World's Finest, which makes her a kind of Female-Batman-Counterpart deal.
But Post-Flashpoint, this is still really good, and once again, I love the artwork. The only addition I would have liked to have seen would be the Bat symbol in the sky.

Very nice. Glad that you included Black Bat and used Red Robin's older costume design. I would have done the same. This is a great "core" Bat-Family, though the fanboy in me wishes that Huntress and Spoiler were on the roof in the background.

They've only recently announced that she's returning as Spoiler. I didn't know her circumstances, so I left her out. I don't work for DC so I'm as in the dark as everyone else.

I have nothing against the character. I've already stated I tried going for SOME of the Bat-Family as they'll be in September, and I already stated I don't like Tim's new costume, but I wanted to include him so I have him in the Red Robin one. Steph's simply not here because I don't know which character she'll be in September or if she'll even be around at all, do you want to take it easy and not come at me like that? Pretty damn rude to come in here like that.

Good choice on Tim's costume - the lack of Stephanie makes me sad. Even if she is gone in Sept, we don't know the status of Cassie either I don't think. She was Spoiler, Robin and Batgirl, I'd love to see this with her on the wall as Spoiler beside Tim!

Sorry I left Steph out. While we don't technically know the status of Black Bat, she's more safe than Stephanie is simply because she doesn't have an identity conflicting with anyone else (Barbara's coming back as Batgirl and we don't know what that means for Stephanie...) If I knew, it'd help a lot, but right now I'm as in the dark as everyone else.

I'm not a big fan of the full cowl on the Red Robin outfit [looks weird to me without bat ears, I don't know why that is], but the reboot costume is all kinds of wrong too, just in another direction. Very 'mardis gras.'
