Please say a warm hello to Mittins~Now don't get your hopes up - I'm looking at you Autumn - He's a guest
he has been staying with us since Sunday evening
He's just so quiet and good I kinda forgot to mention him!
That and the fact he comes out at night which isn't always the best time to take photos
He is around 9months old and belongs to my brother's girlfriend
he will sadly return home Friday/Saturday
but its nice having a hammy again y'know
hes as sweet as pie, but my goodness he doesnt stay still for photos!!!!

I've never had a hamster. But I love guinea pigs, and Mittens is like a adorable baby guinea pig so he's awesome ^^

Yes I can't remember much about Sammy in particular, and besides a few scattered photos (and one on my wall) there's not much record of him. It's always sad when you lose a close pet, whether it is your first or fifteenth.
She's come around a bit since then, clearly. It's not strange, it just shows she's bonded better with the most recent ones, that's all.

when i was younger she wasnt a pet person
despite always owning hamsters herself
i was never allowed pets really i had to beg for a rabbit
and it all kicked off from there

Yes I suppose it did
We used to have a trampoline, and I still have many memories of (mostly) lying on it with Sammy, often feeding him grass and looking up at the trees and sky (and him). I regret some of the memories, but not those ones.
