Description
This was a fun piece that I wanted to do so that I had drawn all the legendary dog pokemon ovoI'm still playing around with color a lot, and this time my focus was a little more towards composition. In addition to not using bright colors, I hardly ever do pictures with more than one character in it and a background. I wish I had oil pastel pencils though, it would make the fine details so much easier to do uvu;
This was made with oil pastel on a 12" x 18" canvas paper.

As a fellow artist though, the attention of the characters are not equal, the lightning legendary pops much more while the other blends

mhmm or have the light from the lightning gleaming off in a light yellow color, and the green in the deeper crevices
