Hoo boy. In my current fanfic, Drew winds up face-to-face with none other than Queen Nasty herself, Vexus. Can't say that I likes his chances. Some days it just doesn't pay to pour yourself out of bed ...I just recently (duh) figured out how to use transparency in Photoshop; you can see how well it works in the smoke trail coming from Drew's chest, and Vexus' wings.

Why didn't Drew just 'eat' her? Because he's scared stiff. He thinks of himself as a freak accident, not a hero; he's got serious self-confidence issues. So his first reaction at facing Vexus was to babble like an idiot, and try to talk his way out of it.
Why not just make himself into a helicopter? Because he can't make complex machines or mechanical moving parts (so no gears, no wheels, no laser guns). This is an artificial limit on my part; Drew's body can already do some pretty amazing things. But it's important that he can't do *anything*. That would quickly make him a pretty boring character.

oh, lol, i was drowsy and thought you said you WERE makin fun of it... thats what i get for stayin up past 2am... btw, Coyote, i love the fic! and chap 9 was great! the only thing i didnt like was how you said that chap 9 was gonna be great, and then made me all anxious! damn, i gotta get off my lazy butt and either draw a sumtin or finish my Aliens vs. Predator fic...

holy shit, that gotta suck. i liked that scene, too! as usual, i love their expressions! but i think you forgot sumtin. in the fic their was a crowd of anti-robot protestors and a van and cluster droids, but i bet you didnt want them there. lol, as always, Drews expresion is so damn funny!
