if you use at least 1/60th of a second and lower the ISO to 200, 100 or even 50, you'll shoot far better pictures you know. Although you'll probably need the flash more often if you use lower ISO speeds

Me on the other hand.. I'm crap at photography but I understand the electronics.. I usually force ours to use 1/100th of a second with red-eye flash and iso 100. In my opinion ISO 50 makes the image too fake looking, but anything above ISO 200 starts to look grainy, as in.. filled with noise
