James "Jimmy" Gordon Jr. was the second child and only son of James and Sarah Gordon. Due to the physical and mental trauma that he had received after being tortured by The Joker, Jimmy slowly started to become more and more mentally unstable. He began having hallucinations of The Joker who told him that it was Batman's fault for what happened to him. He began to resent Batman, feeling as though his hero had failed him, and vowed to make him pay for what he had done. Donning clownlike make-up and green hair, Jimmy took on the mantle of The Joker. Believing that the city was too far gone to survive, he planned on destroying all of Gotham's major's buildings and landmarks. With the help of the second Joker's followers Jimmy placed bombs all around the city and made his way to Wayne Tower where he would watch from the skyline as the city crumbled. However, he was confronted by his parents who were able to talk him down long enough for Batman to deactivate the bombs with the help of the Batfamily. Realizing what he had done, Jimmy broke down and was sent to Arkham Asylum where his parents hoped he would get the help he needed.

So, Jimmy is the 3rd Joker. In the comics Jimmy is a psychopathic serial killer, I liked the idea of him becoming the Joker as I was searching for a replacement for Jason and felt like if Joker 2 was really hell-bent on destroying the Gordons he'd of course go after Jimmy too. For his design I decided on wanted him to have a very punk look to him. I gave him a purple trench coat with studs going along the shoulders and green laughing onomatopoeias written all over it. His vest is actually a GCPD vest that he has spray-painted a large smiley face on. I gave him the second Joker's smiley pin, which now has a little blood on it. He is holding Joker 2's razor blade which he took from him and a detonator with the word Boom written on the button. I decide he would also wear make-up to try and conseil the scars but obviously you can still see them. Jimmy is mixed, Jim Gordon is white, and Sarah is black. So, he is a natural red head but has died his hair green. Jimmy is the only person to take on the Joker mantle and survive, he eventually becomes Anarchy, an anti-hero vigilante.
