Are these bugs that invaded Australia from another continent and ate all the native vegetation?

I have no idea, i just know that i`ve had a huge swam of them lately at my house. They`re rather annoying little things.

Are they annoying because you have a garden, or do they just get everywhere?

They`re really annoying, not only do they get into the garden they fly around everywhere. The amount of them caught up in spider webs around the house is just crazy. They`ll slowly starting to disappear now though.

Have the bugs now disappeared? Was their going away a seasonal thing, or more of an environmental thing, and there really are less of them now that two years have passed?

Actually, I haven`t seen any of these little guys around in a super long time.

Darn it. Now they're gone from Australia. Another species extinct from humans.
Well, actually, I kinda doubt something that dramatic happened but I dunno.

It`s winter here at the moment so maybe that`s why I haven`t seen them round. Maybe this spring they`ll be back but who knows. They seem to come and go a lot. You won`t see them for ages and then boom they`re back.

Oh good then they must be like cicadas or something where they only emerge periodically, or some other bug that goes in seasons... except for them the seasons are years, so I guess "cycles" is a better word...
I don't love annoying bugs that eat everything, but I don't even want bugs to go extinct, and since it says you live in Australia... isn't, like, everything that's native to Australia in some degree of danger?

And I liked your cat picture- as you know- and also pics of you in the water- as you don't.

Yeah, there are quite a lot of native animals here in Australia that are in danger. It always sucks knowing a species is endangered.

That should look ugly but it doesn't.

The leaves, with their holes and the bugs invading it have a different sort of beauty.

I really like this. Good one.
