They're so cute! And yes, their contrasting personalities/appearances are interesting, to say the least. I hate when people use it to compare (or rather, to judge) them, though. Bookworm does not equal "ugly/narrow-minded," and eccentric does not equal "crazy/naive." But maybe I'm being biased, too, since Hermione and Luna are my favorites. They're both awesome, each in her own right!

It's funny that you say that because JK Rowling always described Luna as the "anti-Hermione" for their extreme differences. I always liked them because Luna's high half the time and Hermione is very forward.
