First off I want to say you really captured an interesting angle with a nice atmosphere, it does give me the feeling I'm lying underneath those trees. You carefully choose a weather type to enhance the feeling you were probably trying to convey in your photograph

I do have a few tips for you though on how to improve pictures like these. I feel like the pattern created by the trees is somewhat unstructured, of course that's nature but this particular structure comes off a little boring as a picture subject. There isn't a good flow in the direction of the trees. This flow is possible to find in nature and finding something that feels more unusual would work as a more interesting subject in a picture.

In a picture the composition and direction is very important and that seems to be a little bit lacking.

Don't be discouraged by my comment though~ I think this is a good start to experiment with angles such as this. Just ask yourself when taking the picture: how does the flow feel, does this look interesting? 

Photography is actually much more difficult than people expect and also has a craft behind it. I do see potential in this picture~ so keep up the good work and good luck!
