Despite what everyone (including myself) believed, I finished my court gown!!! Praise me!!!!Details, let's see....the bodice and overskirt are made from upholstery brocade, the forepart is tapestry and the oversleeves are silk dupioni. The bodice is fully boned, the overskirt has over 800 beads sewn by hand, plus it's cartidge pleated, and the sleeves are 24 pieces each, trimmed with gold beads.
