Very cute. Colors aren't off, or faded. Lines look complete, fills aren't just thrown in there like a Sunday Comic. Everything looks proportionate and nothing looks out of place. If there was one thing I'd rag on it'd have to be the dots as their slightly off, but i'm guessing you were going for random dots? Some look random while others look placed. It's not a biggie as it doesn't take away from the overall look of the piece, good job.
You're style's improved lots over your old style and you should be proud. I admit I like the purple outline for some reason. There's always something in your art that I like - wither it be outlines, colors, situations, or even the character themselves - it's always something.
