my entry for the darksider's contesty :3 days later-it is finiiiished ^o^based on the-ehm plagues and a direct connection to the apocalyptical riders trough the horse ehm-sort of^^"
This was-a nasty piece of work, lol, have no clue about perspective and stuff but-naja, might work out xD

this is gorgeous, it looks so creepy, especially the skullface. the bugs swarming around and forming the mane and tail just add to the creepy factor.

This is so cool. And so very creepy. Gives plague-by-insect a whole new look.
And the colours you've chosen fit very well.
Somehow this reminds me a bit of the horse on The Brothers Grimm. Maybe it's just the whole equine/parasite combo that makes me think that.

for the colo-I worked the whole piece in greyscales, then added the colour on an overlay layer ;3
