Well, if you know better about Pet Alien, I'll show you something?It all happen since I was travel the cartoon world another dimension.
So, I was transform into alien from Pet Alien style, but then I was out of a portal and ringing the doorbell and so it was Tommy Calde who was come open the door too meet me.
When he say ''Wow, Who are you? And what are you?'' Then I say ''Well, my name is Samantha and I'm just came from another dimension world.''
When the other Alines just come out of know where, then Dinko say ''Who was that, Tommy of earth?'' And Tommy say ''It's just another inviting an alien from other world dimension.''
But, the boys are looking at me like that because there think I'm a most beautiful alien of galaxy, and some boys was doing to making look stupid with a crazy wildtakes crap?
Also he actually never see a beauty female alien before?

I haven't seen any Pet Alien fanart for a loooooong time! I will take it easy with the constructive criticism since most of the recommendations have been mentioned already.
Perspectivewise, Dinko's nose shouldn't be hiding behind her leg, it looks kinda weird when he stands in front after all. But besides that I like how well drawn all the characters are. Great poses too, just work on the perspective some more. :3

I also watched the show but i like Space Goofs better.
Now to your art, like ,i agree with her with the coloring and the Fancharacter thing. You´re so much better in traditional coloring so why don´t you keep it up and do more of these instead of the digital ones? And the alien girl looks like another persona of yours but it´s okay. Maybe you could give her another name and a well written story and balanced personality if you know what i mean. 
It´s a good work and keep it up, you´re on the right way now.

Sam it's great to see you back. Once again amazed at your work. As for this show Pet Alien I never watched it. Back then in 2005 I mostly gave up on Cartoon Network.

Hey Samantha, since you are accepting constructive criticism, how about from me?
It seems that you've change a bit; You've been writing stuff on the description, adding some belongings like this belongs to this. However, I would suggest you should read before you paste it onto the description box because of the typos. Take it easy.
And this character: I get that it is your persona, but why not a fan character? This girl in the drawing looks like she could be your fan character since you stated that there aren't any females in this show (Not that I watched the show though). Remember, I am concern about your relationship with a real person, even if you didn't have one and pair yourself up with someone like Fear. Instead of your name 'Samantha', how about something else like 'Violet'?
You've capture the characters pretty well. I mostly prefer your work to be traditional and not digital. Because in digital, you've seem to rushed it. So all in all, keep up the good work.
