'Bout time this came to mind.A'ight let's get their refs over with.
Black Coat is a ghost from the Underworld who plots to overthrow Reeversburg and turn it into a dark, gloomy empire so he turn all their citizens into slaves and eventually rule over tmit and the rest of the Earth if possible. Also he has the powers to suck people into his coat and trap them there forever for all eternity.
Rottenelle is a alpha bitch supervillainess who vows to get rid of S-Mash once and for all and drive everyone in Reeversburg and the rest of the world into being rotten and snobby just like her. Her lipstick is an electric tazer that can zap anything or anyone. Her eyes can put anyone into a deep sleep just by looking at them one time. And she also has the ability to attract any guy with her aroma and lure them in, only to mutilate them painfully.

I don't know about the other guys but her aroma won't work on Archer sense he literally has no emotional feeling inside his body. Also nice villains
