I'm going to be honest, this is absolutely beautiful pixel artwork. Most pixel artwork I see cannot compare to this. For pixels, you put so many fine details in shading, textures and just simply details within themselves. Especially on this piece; For example, the hair, is amazing- Even though it's pixel art, there is enormous detail within it to make it look unique and colorful, and not plain and "simple" like people would expect pixel art to be. The same goes for the tail. As for coloring, once again, it has a huge impact as an amazing piece of art work but jaw dropping for pixel art. I love the shading and colors you were able to implement into the piece, both the face and body. Because, I'm guessing myself it must've been difficult to add fine details of the texture of the character and the color of them, and I'm very impressed with it. Overall, this is an awesome piece of work, and for pixel artwork, it's simply amazing!
