Maybe I'm saying this because I never played the others Paper Mario games, but I just can't get enough of this game. I love it so much!!
I never got to play it as a kid though, only around 2009 when I discovered the wonders of the Internet and emulators. As a kid I had a Nintendo magazine talking about the game, I got blown away just by the visuals, they weren't like anything I ever seen before!

That's awesome! I really loved how quirky Mario RPG was and its charmed carried over into Paper Mario very well. I really like the art for the Super Star saga games but I've never tried one. I really like when you do Mario stuff because you make everything look so plush and adorable while giving it a real sense of weight with the shading n.n

Yay, Goombario! I just loved his character, and how they even gave his whole family personalities. The way you colored him is just too cute! I would say nostalgic, but I also played this game on VC last year at some point. Always good to replay older games!

yeah the story and writing are so enjoyable
this is actually my first solo run of the game since my brother and i took turns on our first playthrough together many years ago. i'm taking my time playing on this run just to enjoy the atmosphere and music.
