Description Bento 66

For this Bento i used a ceramic container i bought from the Hong Kong Market near me. It has a this special lid with a hole at the top for steaming the food and the bottom is flat. I have another one just like it with pink sakura designs on it. It contains half nishiki rice, black sesame seeds, and Rotel tomatos. Other half contains deep fried pork cutlet strips, quail egg, edimame, and baby corn. beneath all of this is a lettace leaf to keep the oil from the pork from touching the rice.

I find that people who are starting out have a hard time arranging it to make it look appealing but the most important part is that it is food you love and its nutritional. If you use foods with black, white, green, red, and yellow and portion your food types accordingly you can create something thats not only good for you and tastes good, but the color combinations should stand out from one another! XD keep trying your best!

That looks extremely good! O_O
For the sake of asking, what do quail eggs taste like?

they taste just like regular eggs! XD they are just very small is all. whatever you do, do not get the canned quail eggs cuz the yolks are all mushy and its off-putting... always get fresh!

That's cool.
I'm not sure if I could find them anywhere around here, so if I were to make this I'd probably substitute it with chicken eggs; but it looks amazing, excellent work. ^_^
