This drawing only took me from half an hour to an hour. c:
All I did was draw and shade the pony in sai and then used custom brushes in photoshop for everything else. xDĀ
THe stars were one of the custom brushes so all I had to do was just tap here and there and done did.

But I would advice you (but not force!) not to use Photoshop brushes alot. So you will learn how to draw everything from scratch faster

I think the sky should be darker then her (if it's night)
because it seems like she has the same colors then the background so i can't see luna that great.
I love the idea with the stars/glitter on her ^^
the clouths are amazing too!
So the picture is pretty with all the effects, just the sky is kinda to bright in my opinion ^^
