I'm kind of jumping on the "All-Saruhiko-Misaki-comics-involve-Saruhiko-being-a-yandere-creep-in-general-and-Misaki-making-this-same-old-tsundere-angry-blushy-face" bandwagon.

Here, see below for some boring "Explain-the-joke" moments:
* "Doutei" means "virgin", basically. If you're wtf-ing at this, then you should. Saruhiko (that creep) calls Misaki a doutei in Episode 5, though some English subs didn't make that very clear.
* Come on, I'm not the only one who thinks Neko is probably going to pull a Kyubey on us.
* SAVE THE WHALES
* "Misaki" is such a pretty name, isn't it? The pronunciation itself is pretty much a unisex name - it just depends on the kanji you write it with. This specific Misaki's name is written with the kanji of "beautiful blossoming flowers". That is.... clearly not unisex anymore.

I don't tend to ship everyone together, but I already have like 5 OTPs for this anime (no overlaps, of course - and fortunately, they're the 'canon' ones).
One of them is Mishina x Kukuri. They were so cute in the latest episode. <3 She was clearly blushing not because she was just embarrassed over the confession, but because she likes him back too. ;D
... Hmm should I toss in Chiho x Sakura to make 6? Yep I should. I have 6 OTPs now.

Chiho is the student council president and Sakura is the student council vice-president (whom Saru chloroformed in Episode 5), lol. You can see hints of their ship only in Episode 4.

How much I like Misaki? I thought he was pretty cool at first (like I mean a guy who can fight using his skateboard, don't tell that's not pretty wicked) but didn't love him until a few episodes later (especially when Fushimi came into the picture).
Hey, is it bad for me to hope that those two (Yata and Fushimi) will be able to reconcile? It doesn't have to be by the end of the anime. It's just that they're both hurting in their own ways thus, making me want to terribly, terribly wish they can come into an understanding with each other.

How is that bad? I wish they could reconcile too! No, they must. It'll be terribly painful for them to introduce such a conflict without giving it any kind of resolution. It's very obvious how both of them really still care and want to reconcile with each other, after all. And if rumours are correct, in the final episode there will be flashbacks of them when they were still 13 years old and in middle school.
... I hope this doesn't mean that one (more likely Fushimi), or both of them will die.
... Seriously if this anime kills Totsuka, Mikoto and Fushimi, Misaki will be really devastated. XD

Yeah, it would be really nice to see them reconcile. It's obvious they want to. They just don't know how. I just hope it doesn't up end with either or both of them dying. That's just bad.
And I agree, Misaki is still recovering with Totsuka. The last thing he needs is to witness another death. *weeps forever*

Oh god I think it's actually quite likely for both Mikoto and Fushimi to die. They really triggered a ton of death flags. I'm really really really hoping that they won't.
I want to see those middle school flashbacks though.
Oh, apparently Kamamoto and Misaki were childhood friends? Not sure if they knew each other for longer than Saruhiko and Misaki did though.

The only thing I know about the Side: Red novels is that there apparently was a scene where Fushimi was eavesdropping on Misaki and Kamamoto's conversation from inside the shower and being all jelly. XD

Yup...well, sorta. I've seen the images but I'm still waiting for the scanslations. I'm starting worry about that guy and I'm pretty sure the next episodes/chapters/merchandises aren't going to help me.

-- did you see the latest manga chapter where Saruhiko seems Misaki smiling at Mikoto, and Misaki doesn't see him, and he just stands there, watches, starts scratching his old Homra mark so hard that his skin bleeds--
-- or the drama CD, where at the mere mention of Mikoto's name by Misaki, Saruhiko pretty much completely drops his cool and starts yelling at him --
-- and that all of the official art of Fushimi when he was still in Homra will ALWAYS involve him looking, forlorn, upset, at a Misaki who is smiling happily while facing another direction --
-- and when he said that inwardly, he really wanted Misaki to understand him, but there's no way Saruhiko can tell Misaki how he feels, and so he's content with Misaki hating him.
