Born as the second child of the renowned couple Joseph and Fiona Kerr, he inherited not only their incredible abilities but also a unique blend of their personalities.
Taking after his mother's carefree and nonchalant disposition, Justin often appears to breeze through life with an effortless charm and a perpetual twinkle in his eye. However, beneath this facade of nonchalance, he bears a streak of inherited arrogance from his father, Joseph, which occasionally surfaces in his interactions with fellow heroes and adversaries.
