{Physical Appearance}
General:
Ceto is not at all angular whatsoever with her soft, rounded features and long, limber appearance gives the she-cat quite a unique and almost youthful look. Her body language is often shy and closed off but not menacing or hostile. You can tell by her eyes as well. Her paws are actually quite dainty in appearance but are put to their use with her everyday errands. Ceto has a good habit of keeping her fur neat and clean but can often times forget to quickly groom herself before she runs off to who knows where. If you could describe her in one word, it would be: Happy.
Build:
Slightly on the smaller side of the scale, Ceto still has slightly longer legs than the average cat, a trait which was given to her by her mother and father alike. Her muscles and shoulders are well muscled and stronger now with the constant use for climbing, running and swimming. Her form is limber and sylphlike to go with her careful but steady way of movement. And while Ceto still may not be the strongest cat out there, her physique has improved and she is much more capable of taking some small hits in a fight.Pelt:
Strikingly similar in comparison to her mother's pelt, Ceto has characteristic dark fur and spotted pelt. A dorsal stripe runs halfway down her back and ends just over the middle of her spin, spots tend to stem down from this main stripe and continue down to her legs where they turn into much blockier striped patterns. Her fur has started to grow a lot longer with Ceto's growing urgency to do her job everyday and often forgets to groom her fur flat each morning, causing a couple of tangles in her fur here and there. Her fur carries the scent of rivers and hidden springs in tree groves.Eyes:
A dark amber colour at night, a sunflower gold in the morning. Ceto still retains her characteristic 'Eye Smile' with her usual buoyant persona, her eyes also hold the same glint of levity and happiness as before.Voice:
A little bit louder now with the more social interaction she makes with others. Ceto has a tendency to stutter out at the beginning of sentences or questions. She has a habit of trying to correct herself as she speaks so once Ceto starts talking it is likely for her to continue on with a train of words. At some points it can be quiet and fluttery like previous but at other times her voice can soar to be an octave higher than normal (if being teased or flustered).

Belief: Ceto predominantly puts her faith into Andromeda, seeing as she is from the regions and thus was raised with Andromeda's laws and morals.
Fighting Style: Let's face it. Ceto isn't really cut out for fighting no matter what she does or learns. Her previous guide had taught her how to use her claws and teeth for basic self defence and she only recently did she acquire the spell 'Tail Whip' to work with. Ceto mainly fights on the premise of running away, often very hesitant to actually land the first blow and very reluctant to continue fighting if the first hit had been landed on her. She would much rather make a beeline towards the hills. Ceto does however have some spells that she can use in battle if she really needed them though she is biding her time and using them in a desperate situation. And where conditions are met of course.

- Water Walking || Water || 0/5 || Description - Allows the user to walk on water. It is for getting away from the user's opponent without getting wet (for it slows any cat down usually) ... or to show off.
- Current || Water || 1/5 || Description - Enables the user to change the current of a river/stream. It proves very useful if an area is prone to flooding, or if there is a need for water but a low supply. It can also help break the ice up in the winter time.
- Filter || Water || 1/5 || Description - The user can take small amounts of water from the ground, such as from sand or mud to be used to drink.
- Whirlpool || Water || 4/5 || Description - a large whirlpool is created that can suck cats and anything else in the surrounding area to the bottom of the water. A somewhat large body of water is required.
- Tail Whip || Any || 2/5 || Description - The user's tail becomes coated with whatever element they possess and whips their opponent with it.

{Buoyant - cheerful and optimistic.
Naturally happy all the time, Ceto has a relaxed and upbeat persona. While she was a bit reclusive and self consciously shy in her younger days, Ceto has turned the tables to be more friendly and social with other cats. At times she feels a bit overwhelmed with attention and other cats but she wouldn't let that become a hindrance to her profession or to making friends with others. Ceto isn't the kind of cat that is going to skip around and openly express her happiness but she always maintains a jubilant and optimistic approach to life. Ceto has taken care to rein in her cheerfulness to respect the needs of others and can understand mood and atmosphere well enough to know that sometimes she shouldn't speak up and be too hopeful, but she is too altruistic in every aspect regardless.
{Insightful - having or showing an accurate and deep understanding; perceptive.
Ceto plays the psychologist. She wants to help you, she wants you to be happy, if you're happy, it will make her happy. With her growing passive nature, Ceto tends to not offer direct advice any more as she feels that her ideas might not always work and she doesn't want to feel guilty if she made a mistake. Instead, now the female kind of nudges you forward to make decisions and come up with solutions of your own. Of course, if you literally ask her a question that you want her to answer then by all means she will! In a sense, Ceto is the cat you come to when you want to vent your problems or frustrations. She's the kind of cat that listens patiently and likes to offer her views on how she thinks you feel. But Ceto isn't always patient. She can often feel a little irritated and maybe even depressed by hearing frustration filled stories, and not being able to act on it makes the she-cat feel like she is completely powerless. Her own emotions show through her actions.
{Observant - quick to notice things.
Maybe... Ceto is a bit prideful in her keen sense of vision. Her everyday routines have made her acutely aware of her surroundings and other cats. In rare cases is she ever completely oblivious to the feelings of another individual, what you show is what is translated in her mind. In particular, Ceto cannot decipher the real thinking of cats that are good at hiding things, or have multiple layers to their personality. She could believe that you act one way, but realize that you are really the opposite and then that is where the confusion starts. Ceto's perceptiveness is more better suited for her profession in searching, she can sense the subtle changes in light and colour and the day to day changes in the landscape. She is forever enchanted by the light waves and water ripples and the way that a myriad of leaves will dance to the wind and the way the stars can appear so warm and inviting, yet so cold and so far away.
{Independent - not depending on another for livelihood or subsistence.
She wishes to be helpful to her region, her birthplace and very likely the place where she will rest after death. With all the events concerning freak weather and followers and spies in the regions, Ceto has felt that she should be as independent as possible in her profession. Her main priority is to help her region as much as she can, so by that the female has branched off on her own to pull her own weight as much as possible. Ceto is still definitely the cat that will encourage you to depend on her, but she will not heavily rely on anyone else. Perhaps she feels guilt for asking for help and putting strains on her region. However, in dire situations, Ceto believes she knows herself well enough to ask for backup when it is necessary. The beginning of her mornings usually consists of her leaving by herself, but Ceto is completely open to having company tag along after a period of time.
{Idealistic - characterized by idealism; unrealistically aiming for perfection.
Her wish is too far-fetched. While it is good to hope and dream, there are times where Ceto sets such high expectations for herself (and sometimes others) that disappointment is the only possible conclusion. Ceto dreams too much, she often thinks about how her situation might be if she had changed a tiny thing about herself in the past, but ultimately she is aware that changing the past is not possible. In her opinion, she believes the world is the model example of harmony. She can see that life exists in the nature and the animals around her, and she understands well that death is a natural occurrence and there is really nothing one can do to reverse the effects. Equilibrium is key. But Ceto does not understand that sometimes, aiming for perfection will not always end up in a good result. There are times where she needs to learn that, just because she pours her heart out for something, doesn't mean it will be returned.
{Passive - accepting or allowing what happens or what others do, without active response or resistance.
Not exactly weak-willed, but Ceto tends to trust the opinions of others and almost always agrees with their suggestions. Unless it is something horribly inappropriate of course! There will be no violating region laws or extreme danger with this cat! Ceto tends to be a bit of a stickler for the rules, so anything that falls into the 'Breaking region law' category, consider it a no. When faced with a dangerous situation, Ceto is still hesitant to unsheathe her claws and actually fight and will desperately try to talk her way out of fighting. Try to, at least. In many cases, Ceto is just shocked completely speechless and cannot fight back in any way at all. In other conditions, and much less dangerous conditions at that, she feels awkward around cats her age, always preferring to talk with someone that is either older or younger than her.
{Easily Flustered - easily made agitated or confused.
Ceto is the cat that you can tease easily. Whether you mean harm or not, the spotted female will eventually feel anxious and confused or embarrassed at anything you say. Ceto will be the one to curl up into a tiny ball of smoke spotted fur and cry. And, gets upset easily when certain things are concerned. But by upset, she isn't going to lash out at you, but will break down into a fit of tears and distress. But really, Ceto gets embarrassed at the most minuscule of things such as addressing her with an honourific or prefix, or by slightly praising her, or even by saying hello, her ears will start to feel slightly warmer than normal. However, regarding her 'emotional defence mechanism' Ceto can snap back pretty quickly after crying. She just wants hugs afterwards.

Ceto wants everyone to exist the same way she sees the world. Without the distrust and hostility between cats. Ceto will definitely not settle for alienation of others and tries to be inclusive all the same, though she neglects to keep in mind that not all cats are willing to set aside differences.

Ceto as been recently assigned a rookie. As much as Ceto has always wanted to teach a younger cat everything she has learned, Ceto isn't too sure how or where to begin. Regardless of that fact she still aspires to be an inspiration for younger cats to pursue what they want to do.

At times, Ceto wants to give others the benefit of the doubt no matter how much her brain screams that they are hiding something, or something is off. If she knows you enough, she will turn a blind eye to your evils.

"Ah I see, nice to know that she's still there." Fen laughed lightly, "Illusions will get interesting soon enough, Dux has a way of... keeping you on your toes."
Fen glanced back at the students out of the corner of his eye, they were gone now, probably sneaked away while he wasn't keeping close eye on them. The dragon man couldn't exactly accuse them of anything right now, he didn't even know if they were guilty of anything at all. Certainly during his time at the school with Bronze, there were a handful of trouble making students in his year as well.
"Well, considering that if you have the same instructor that was teaching dueling while I was here. Interesting will be an understatement. So, how much homework did you get from Dux?" Currently the silver haired man's investigation to these disappearances were yielding little result. It disappointed him.
Dark blood coloured eyes scanned the area again, the hallways were once again quiet and stagnant. Light shone through the ornately framed windows, subsequently casting fancy, rippling light fields on the carpeted floor underfoot. Fen sighed, this corridor had nothing to offer anymore, there was no longer any information he could collect here, the dragon man would have to search else where.
"Hummm, no were in particular Kouhai, if you have dueling left, it would be a good idea to get some practice in before you go, Alton is one of the craziest swordsmen they have here.." His words were slightly cold and reserved but Fen was never good at sharing dangerous information with others. It was maybe a fault he had, a major and deadly fault. He always kept it to himself.
