GeneralShe is Celce, a sorceress who uses magic through charms. The charms are all tied to the brim of her umbrella, which is obviously quite magical as a result. Celce carries the umbrella with her everywhere and uses it to work her spells.

You requested a critique? Why? This is lovely. Are you unsure about a specific aspect of your work? Because, your concept was strong and quite frankly, brilliant. Celce comes off a little Mary Poppins and a little Harry Potter. The shading and the light are spot on and the design is as well. The mystery comes through and a bit of melancholy. Like i said, brilliant!
