Viktor back in WW2 was fresh from medical school and immediately thrown into the nazi army. He quickly became a Camp captain and did unspeakable things to the prisoners in which he is beyond ashamed of. He views hismelf as a monster and during his time as a Nazi captain he was a bit insane. He was also emotionally unstable, and very very fragile, yet he always held a tough and very unbreakable outer exterior. He often hid how he felt, because he was actually killing himself on the inside.

Once the war was over He joined RED about 20 years later after he was certain the Nazi hunters weren't after him. VIktor Kaiser now resides with a man named Jeremy (prefers to be called Germain) Talbain and is currently his lover. Viktor has come a long way since his time as a Nazi and now he is one of the best medic's ever seen in RED hystory. Viktor isn't a violent person, he can fight pretty well and hold up his own. He has an addiction to chocolate and RED wine (especially when Germain gets it from a differen't era) He often fights with his medigun , because his ubersaw, always, somehow, no matter what, ends up being broken. He will swing his medigun like a club and his reflexes are rather quick. He has a liking for cats and when its a rainy day he likes to sleep with Germain all afternoon long, if the day permits it.

When you look into his eyes sometimes you can see his guilt for what he's done, but with Germain around now, he hardly has that look anymore. He can take bad news alot better than what he used to.
