Anna: Um you see like I was singing and... I somehow threw that statue onto the cake

Elsa: *facepalm* right... that was the 10001th time she did that... when will she ever learn not to jump onto the roof of my office? I purposely made it high up so that she wouldn't jump up... she always relies on my ice powers for an instant ice- pack, I'm not doing that again-

Olaf: *for the 100th time* You've gotta come!!! She broke her leg again!!
Elsa: *sighs*Ok ok, I'm coming.

That purple cake was replaced by a yellow cake, if you watch the end of the For The First Time In Forever clip (at the gates opening scene), you can see the new cake

The servants probably saw what Anna did to the first cake or had a suspicion she would do something silly so had a back-up cake just in case. Anna probably causes a lot of mayhem.

I think that the servants don't waited for that, even if For The First Time In Forever have 4 minutes long, Anna probably was singing all the morning, that is time enough to all guests go to Anna and Elsa's castle, clean all the castle, and other things incuding bake a new cake.
But the servants problably saw the messed up cake, and Anna waited for it, so she hide herself at the art room.
