Yaaay, I finally drew Casper on the comp!This started out as a doodle and turned into this. Took me a while to finish, and I really like the result.
Yes, Casper is a boy.
No, his eyes aren't usually like that.
The weirdcolored circles in the background are ocean bubbles. I didn't want to break the color scheme to make them blue.
