Background for part of my animation, this took way longer than i was hoping it would, which is bad bad baaad!It was enjoyable to do though, i need to start getting more creative with things i think..

I like the little details in this scene. They give it personality. The more you can bring it to life, the more it can actually become part of the movie, instead of just a background for it. It's all about the details.

Thanks! Im normally way too lazy to do backgrounds but i guess if you throw a bit of time in you'd be surprised at what comes out!

welcome! lol I think everyone tends to be lazy with backgrounds because they tend not to be the central point of the piece. I know I'm definitely lazy with backgrounds. I never really make them, a solid color is fine with me. :3

haha yeah. I need to practice. Just can't get any good ideas.
I just used random colors and random brushes to do my backgrounds.
But since this term is over for me next tuesday I'll be able to work more on stuff like the because I've got tons of ideas that I want to draw.
