Description

This is the Manul, or Pallas Cat - a beautiful beautiful creature. No argument. Also known as the world's angriest cat. It's from various Asian regions, is not much bigger than a big domestic cat, has been around for hundreds of thousands of years (not this particular one, of course...) and must not, under any circumstances, be stroked. If cornered (which, from the Manul's perspective, includes any attempts at stroking) it will "fight like a bag of wolverines". It is a purposeful & deadly predator, and does not appreciate company - even that of its own species. Apologies for the lens 'flare' to the left of this lovely beastie's eyes - I was a little flustered when I took the shot & didn't make the necessary adjustments...
PS Btw, take a good look at those eyes. Are they like any cat's eyes you've ever seen? Don't think so...
