Oliver Queen (also know as Green Arrow) was asked if he could help his friend with lifeguard duty during spring break week for a couple of days, as his friend knew he had the skills for it and the beach would be packed more this year due to a last minute appearance of a well known celebrity and not being able to hire and train more lifeguards in time for it.Oliver soon rescued a newer surfer who was struggling to get back to the beach after exhausting herself.
