I am one of these people who constantly create new outfits for their characters before the actual story is even written down.

You probably know my protag Kelly? Left is my main design for her which I have grown attached to and the other five are just outfits I made up at some point. Some of these don't even fit the style or timelime I want my story to have but it was fun creating them nonetheless. Since I made them to be alternative outfits, the general style and certain clothing elements are very similar (Like belts, strange skirt/shorts combinations, high boots, asymmetry etc.).

While I don't think I will choose any of the alternative designs as the main design, here are some of my own thoughts on all of these in order:

1. As I said, this is supposed to be her regular outfit. I based it on very, very old sketches (from like 8 years ago) and just threw in some clothing I personally like. Which is why it probably isn't even as good as some of the others. I love the blue jacket and that stocking thingie.
2. This was the second one I created, the color was only added in this drawing though and was chosen rather randomly. What I like about this one is this skirt with the black shorts underneath and that white shirt.
3. I was a bit skeptical at first because of these weird asymmetric shorts-pants but now I like it a lot. And I'm in love with that jacket, seriously. The green color of the bandana doesn't really fit the story but it looks fine in the color palette.
4. Probably the weirdest of them all and visibly just me having fun with the way clothing can work haha. I couldn't define what exactly this is supposed to be but I still kinda like it. I want the boots.
5. Okay, I can't define the purpose of this one either xD Especially not the khaki... pants-stockings. Looks like some kind of weird eastern-safari-superhero outfit. Again just me fooling around with clothing.
6. This could be something inspired by knight's armor, but it clearly isn't really armor due to that side gap and the lack of protecting metal or leather.

Btw, if I will ever pull myself together and finish writing this story to make it a comic: it would be some kind of Fantasy/Post-apocalypse mix. If you will ever read the thing, it will make sense.
