you made this only for 30 minute??Did you just sold your soul to satan or something so you can have such an amazing art skill ?? Please teach me master! hahahahaha
What attracts me the most from this drawing, actually, the concept! I just love how you combine and make a cyborg humanoid shark, not many people can make/draw a unique character/creature you know. You should be a video game artist asap! hahaha. Just for tips, try to post arts in artstation too, i'm sure many people will be amazed by your amazing art skill and unique ideas! If you're lucky, you can be hired as a game concept artist!

wow glad to hear that! I hope someday i can get a job from artstation too hahaha. Oooh so the key is to find a 'shortcut' so we can draw faster like using keyboards in photoshop such as ctrl + z, ctrl + b etc? I'll try thanks!
Also can i ask another question if it's not bothering you? hehehe, do you have any tips so our art can be more recognized? i want my art to be recognized by more people here but i don't know how. I know my question maybe pitiful but i'm really curious about it hehehe

It's not just finding the shortcut, but discovering a quicker route that will become the foundation for letting you do more in the same amount of time. It's like going from "I can do 'x' things in 30 minutes" to "I can do 'x and y and now z because it builds off of x and y' in 30 minutes"
If you want notoriety, well, in my experience it's something of a side effect you get from professional-levels of dedication, executing your practices with mindfulness and not just repetition, and doing your best to expand your artistic horizons. What I just typed may sound floofy and good copy, but I think it's really true. You give it your all, you try to execute your basic studies to a level of mastery, and expose yourself to a variety of influences and eventually folks will just know 'you'.
There are no shortcuts for recognition, that's just the extra stuff, seriously, it's just something that happens as you refine your crafter and start to master it. Do art for the right reasons, because you want to create, it doesn't matter one iota if folks know you or don't because especially early on, because you have to create the foundation to allow yourself the chance at greatness. If you can build that strong foundation then anything you put on its shoulders will be stronger than if you just rush to the end game without building up properly.
Art, like life, is a journey... you can't look at someone further along and say "I want that, why can't I have that?" because we're all on the same path, just at different points in time, in our careers. Walk the path, put in the hours, pour yourself into your craft, and there will be a point later, sure, where you will have notoriety and recognition. But do art for the right reasons

Sorry for the late reply, been a little busy with things.
Don't worry about regularity of posting, early on if you want to share something then share it. Seek criticism and critiques, find places that nurture a constructive environment; there are a few Facebook groups I've seen that are built up specifically to help give good critiques to artists out there. There is no real schedule to learning, you just do, and when you create something you're happy with and want to share, then share it, don't feel like you have to hit 'x' drawings every 'y' days and 'z' posts a week because that's not what art is about.
If you look at my gallery you'll see that my posting is pretty erratic, although according to DA's stats I post most of my work on Thursdays haha. Just post when you want to share, especially here. DA is a lot less critical it seems than other online communities I've been a part of, lots of kind words and support, which is good. But don't let it get you soft, always keep in mind the drive to get better, to hone your craft, don't be too hard on yourself, indulge in making stuff, but never lose that drive to better yourself.
Be like Ryu... or Goku... always look for the stronger fighter, the better artist, be happy with your progress but understand that the journey is lifelong.

Man..it seems like you've endured many hardships and obstacles in your journey to be a better artists such like now hahaha XD, kinda make me scared but also want to make me improved myself! You said DA actually still kinda soft? You've gotta' be kidding me??? Even though my mentor in art also my twin sister always said DA is too laid back and that's why whenever i ask a critic and advices from her about my drawing she always get to the point and give critical talks as if she doesn't like my art hahahahahaha , what other art community do you join beside DA and artstation? Really curious with how critical they are hahahaha.
Hmmm be like goku or ryu..sounds pretty cool! I'm actually kinda jealous with them even though they are fictional character because it seems they know what should they do in order to be a better fighter and every obstacles the faced, they just know what to do especially goku lol XD.
Thanks for your advice bro! Really it helps me a lot because i'm having a dilemma right now, which is, should i use my free time to hone my skill in drawing or searching an internships and hone my skill in internships, because soon i'll graduate from university ( i hope so!) and it kinda makes me nervous and scared what should i be in the future and what should i prioritize, my free time in drawing or honing my skill at working. Sorry if im kinda out of topic hehehehe.
I'll try to apply your advice and critic in my journey as an artist, the most important thing is be like goku or ryu! lol, also if you don't mind please visit my gallery and give me critical and your most honest thoughts about my art in order to be a better artist! Gimme your best shot man uooohhh

You have to be realistic and understand that in order to be an artist, no matter what you do you have to be able to pay the bills I've only in the last few years started making enough for art to be a livable wage, so up until then I was working a regular-ish job and doing art on the side. Lots of late nights.
Having a regular job and working on your art in your spare time doesn't conflict with what I've told you, you still have to work hard, be better, diversify your influences, etc. etc. You're just gonna do it at a pace that's not putting all your eggs into one basket. Unless of course you're going to university for art, in which yes, definitely do art all the time haha.
DA is kinda soft I would suggest going through Facebook and finding art groups like Draw or Die, something where the foundation of the group is critical process and discussion of WIPs and techniques. The main group I partake in right now is Daily Spitpaint, that's where they lay out theme suggestions every day for 30min. speedpaints. It's not so much for personal critique but a venue for development of a skillset.
Your work overall has a vibrancy to it, lots of fun colors, interesting themes, but it becomes apparent that you haven't mastered the fundamentals of form, lots of things are contours that hold in colors. The reason why beginning art classes have you draw all those cones and cubes and spheres is to start getting you to think volumetrically and applying that thinking to your markmaking. Right now your work looks like you have an image or style in mind and are mimicking it but you don't understand the underlying structure of what you should be drawing.
I'd do lots more fundamental studies, still life work, gesture drawings, each and every day. Build up that knowledge and understanding of how a shape sits in space and affects other objects you're working on. Sometimes you do have to walk before you can run

There are no shortcuts, hacks will get you only so far, few things can substitute deliberate, diligent, purposeful practice There's a saying that you need 10,000 hours of that to start mastering a skill, and not just rote, repetitive action but mindful execution that pushes your skills. That's a lot of hours. Don't feel discouraged, ever, when you look at the art of folks who you consider to be better than you because like I said, the path of the artist is one that everyone is on, we're just on at different points in our journey, different points in our 10,000 hours.
I wish you the best in your journey. Do not give up. Find balance
