I'm sorry if it's not what you want but I didn't get that good a description of this dragon, just that it was covered with stars and had a moon on its tail, I apologize.

You may find this interesting but Nyx and Phobos are voiced, in fics, by Daveigh Chase and Chris Sanders who voiced Lilo and Stitch. One scene in "Happy Birthday, Nyx" is based on Lilo and Stitch's first meeting.
